In the process of psychotherapy, a person learns to understand themselves and their own strengths and capabilities, gets the opportunity to look at life situation from a different perspective, and try new ways to solve life’s difficulties. Psychotherapy asks questions and helps to get answers. And thus, they help improve the quality of life.
Depending on your problem, there are two ways of working.
- Consultation with a psychotherapist. These are several meetings aimed at identifying and understanding the problem. During such consultations, the therapist’s task is to specify the problem, see its essence, and carry out psychocorrection. This format helps to improve life without long-term therapy.
- Psychotherapy. This is a long-term work aimed at deep work with the human psyche. During psychoanalytic psychotherapy, personality analysis takes place. Long-term psychotherapy resolves and gets rid of the internal conflicts that led to the problem.
